1. Gather 5 clear cups and label them: Water, Lemon Juice, Baking Soda Solution, Soap Water, and Vinegar. 2. Fill each cup with 50 ml of the corresponding liquid. 3. Add a few drops of red cabbage juice to each cup and swirl gently. 4. Observe and note the color changes in each liquid. 5. Compare colors to a pH scale chart available online or in books. 6. Discuss which substances are acids, bases, or neutral based on their colors.
