1. Gather 1 cup of water, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and 1 balloon. 2. Pour the water into a bowl and add sugar, stirring until dissolved. 3. Inflate the balloon slightly and pour the sugar water into it, leaving space. 4. Tie off the balloon to trap the air inside. 5. Place the filled balloon in the freezer for 2 hours. 6. After freezing, observe the balloon's state and discuss the changes.
