  • Aluminum foil
  • Plastic wrap
  • Black paper
  • Scissors
  • Tape
Steps

How the activity runs

  1. Gather all materials: box, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, and black paper.
  2. Line the inside of the box with aluminum foil for reflection.
  3. Place black paper at the bottom to absorb heat.
  4. Cover the box with plastic wrap to trap heat inside.
  5. Position the cooker in direct sunlight for 30-40 minutes.
  6. Cook a small dish and enjoy your solar-cooked meal!
