Try it with your learner
1. Take 5 small seeds (like mustard or coriander) and a clear plastic cup. 2. Fill the cup with soil, leaving 2 cm at the top. 3. Plant one seed about 1 cm deep in the soil, and water it lightly. 4. Place the cup on a sunny windowsill and water daily. 5. Draw what you see every 2 days — note the changes in height and leaves. 6. Compare your observations with a family member — what surprised you?
