1. Gather 5 small pots, soil, and a few seeds (e.g., mung beans). 2. Fill each pot with soil, leaving space at the top. 3. Plant 2 seeds in each pot and cover them lightly with soil. 4. Water each pot gently, ensuring the soil is moist but not soaking. 5. Place the pots in a sunny spot and observe daily. 6. Record which pot has the first sprout and discuss why it grew faster.
