This activity introduces children to the life cycle of plants, showing how seeds sprout and grow. By observing real-time changes, they connect the concept of growth to tangible evidence in nature.

1. Gather 5 small pots, soil, and 5 seeds (like beans or sunflowers). 2. Fill each pot with soil, leaving about 2 cm from the top. 3. Plant one seed in each pot, burying it about 2 cm deep. 4. Water the soil gently until it's moist but not soggy. 5. Place pots in sunlight and check daily for growth. 6. Draw or write observations every few days — what changes do you see?
