Try it with your learner
1. Take 5 small seeds (like beans) and soak them in water overnight. 2. Fill a shallow container with cotton and moisten it with water. 3. Place the soaked seeds on the cotton and cover them lightly. 4. Place the container in a sunny spot and check daily. 5. Observe the seeds for a week, noting the changes in a journal. 6. Draw a picture of the sprouting seeds and label the parts you see.
