1. Take a clear plastic bottle and fill it halfway with water. 2. Add a few drops of food coloring to make the water visible. 3. Place a small plate upside down on the bottle's opening to collect condensation. 4. Put the bottle in a sunny spot for 15-20 minutes. 5. Observe the water evaporating from the bottle and collecting on the plate. 6. Discuss what happens to the water on the plate — where does it come from?
