      Try it with your learner

      1. Gather 10-15 beads of different colors (representing different molecules). 2. Use a plastic straw to connect them, leaving spaces in between. 3. Blow gently through the straw to move the beads, simulating gas molecules in motion. 4. Remove the straw and shake the model to replicate liquid behavior. 5. Place the model in the freezer for 10 minutes, then observe the beads' movement. 6. Discuss how the speed of the beads changed with temperature — what does it tell you about their energy?
