1. Find a sturdy stick about 1 meter long (the lever). 2. Get a small, flat stone (fulcrum) and place it on the ground. 3. Balance the stick on the stone in the middle to form a lever. 4. Place a small weight (like a bag of rice) on one end of the lever. 5. Push down on the other end and see how lifting becomes easier! 6.
