1. Gather a paper plate, crayons, scissors, and a brad fastener. 2. Divide the plate into 4 sections, labeling each with a different weather type (sunny, rainy, cloudy, windy). 3. Decorate each section with related drawings or colors. 4. Cut out a small arrow from another piece of paper and attach it to the center of the plate using the brad. 5.
