1. Gather 5 small pots, soil, and seeds (e.g., mustard or bean seeds). 2. Fill each pot with soil, leaving an inch at the top. 3. Plant 2-3 seeds in each pot, covering them with soil. 4. Water lightly until soil is moist but not soggy. 5. Place the pots in a sunny spot and observe daily. 6. Keep a journal of changes you see over the next week.
