How the activity runs

  1. Find a sunny spot outside or near a window.
  2. Choose a small object like a toy or plant.
  3. Place the object on the ground and mark its shadow.
  4. Wait for 30 minutes and mark where the shadow moves.
  5. Draw or take a picture of the shadow at different times.
