Try it with your learner
1. Gather a plastic bottle, cotton, sand, and small pebbles. 2. Cut the bottle in half, using the top part as a funnel. 3. Layer the materials inside the funnel: place cotton at the bottom, followed by sand, then pebbles. 4. Pour dirty water through the filter and collect the clean water in a container. 5. Observe the difference between the water before and after filtration. 6. Discuss with your family why clean water is essential for health.
