1. Gather an empty plastic bottle (2 liters) and some soil. 2. Cut the bottle in half and use the bottom part as a pot. 3. Fill it with soil and plant 2-3 seeds of any fast-growing plant. 4. Place the cut top half over the bottom to create a greenhouse effect. 5. Put the mini greenhouse in a sunny spot and water the soil gently. 6. Observe changes over the next week — what differences do you notice?
