1. Take a clear plastic bottle and cut it in half. 2. Fill the bottom half with soil and plant 2 seeds (e.g., mustard or coriander). 3. Water the soil gently until moist but not soggy. 4. Place the top half back on to create a greenhouse effect. 5. Set the mini greenhouse in a sunny spot at home. 6. Observe daily for a week — what changes do you see?
