      Try it with your learner

      1. Gather a plastic bottle, sand, gravel, cotton, and a container. 2. Cut the plastic bottle in half and invert the top half over the container. 3. Layer cotton at the bottom of the inverted bottle. 4. Add a layer of sand followed by gravel on top. 5. Pour dirty water through your filter and observe what happens. 6. Taste the filtered water — is it cleaner?
