      1. Gather 2 empty plastic bottles and scissors. 2. Cut the bottles in half to create two planter bases. 3. Fill each half with soil up to the brim. 4. Plant one seed or small plant in each bottle. 5. Decorate the outside with paint or markers — make it colorful! 6. Place your new planters in a sunny spot and water them.
