      Try it with your learner

      1. Gather 3-4 old newspapers and a small bowl of water. 2. Tear the newspapers into strips of about 3 inches wide. 3. Dip the strips in water for a few seconds to soften them. 4. Wrap the wet strips around a small glass or cup, forming a pot shape. 5. Once shaped, remove the glass and let the pot dry for a few hours. 6. Once dry, fill it with soil and plant seeds — watch it grow!
