1. Take a clear plastic bottle and cut it in half. 2. Fill the bottom half with 2 cups of soil. 3. Plant 3 small seeds (like mustard or coriander) in the soil. 4. Add 1/2 cup of water and place the top half of the bottle upside down on the bottom half. 5. Place your bottle garden in a sunny spot and observe daily. 6. Keep a diary of your observations for a week.
