1. Gather a paper plate, markers, scissors, and a brad. 2. Divide the plate into four segments and label them: Sunny, Rainy, Cloudy, Stormy. 3. Decorate each section with appropriate drawings. 4. Cut a small hole in the center of the plate. 5. Attach the brad to the center and secure it, allowing the wheel to spin. 6. Spin the wheel daily to track the weather and discuss!
