1. Gather 3 different colours of paint and a large sheet of paper. 2. Find a quiet space with good light. 3. Dip your brush in the first colour and start painting freely, observing your brush strokes. 4. Switch to the second colour and repeat, focusing on how it feels to paint. 5. After 10 minutes, step back and look at your artwork, noting the colours and patterns. 6. Share your artwork with a family member and discuss how it made you feel.
