1. Gather a 1-liter bottle, a measuring cup, and a timer. 2. Fill the measuring cup with 250 ml of water. 3. Pour the water into the bottle, counting how many cups you pour. 4. Set a timer for 2 hours — drink another cup when it beeps. 5. After 8 hours, check how full the bottle is. 6. Discuss if you met your daily water goal of 2 liters!
