1. Gather a 1-liter bottle and 5 glasses. 2. Draw a chart on paper with 5 sections for each day. 3. Fill the bottle with water and pour it into the glasses, counting how many glasses you drink. 4. Record the number of glasses on your chart. 5. Discuss with family why drinking water is important. 6. Repeat this for a week and see if you can drink more!
