1. Gather a 1-liter bottle and a measuring cup. 2. Fill the measuring cup with water, then pour it into the bottle. 3. Mark the water level on the bottle at 200 ml increments. 4. Each time you drink water, pour from the bottle into the measuring cup to track intake. 5. At the end of the day, count how many times you filled the cup. 6. Discuss with your family how much water you drank — was it enough?
