1. Gather a clear plastic bottle (1 liter) and a marker. 2. Mark measurements on the bottle: 200ml, 400ml, 600ml, 800ml, and 1 liter. 3. Fill the bottle with water each morning. 4. Sip from the bottle throughout the day, keeping track of how much you drink. 5. At dinner, check your markings — how much did you drink? 6.
