1. Gather 2 empty water bottles and a large bowl of water. 2. Mark a start and finish line about 5 meters apart. 3. Fill one bottle halfway and place it at the start line. 4. On 'Go!', race to the bowl, fill your bottle, and run back. 5. Pour water into the empty bottle until it's full. Count how much you filled! 6. Discuss with your family how many glasses of water you should drink daily.
