1. Gather a shallow container, sand or flour, and small toys or coins (as artifacts). 2. Bury the artifacts in the sand or flour in the container. 3. Use a spoon or brush to carefully dig out the artifacts, just like a real archaeologist. 4. Document each find on a piece of paper, describing its 'historical significance'. 5. Share your discoveries with family, explaining what you found and its importance. 6. Create a mini-museum display with your artifacts and findings!
