1. Find an empty jar or container and clean it out. 2. Cut colorful paper into small squares (10-15). 3. Sit together and think of things you are grateful for. 4. Write one gratitude note on each piece of paper. 5. Fold the notes and place them inside the jar. 6. Share your notes with each other — how did it feel?
