Utilizing Bruner's CPA approach, this activity allows children to first imagine (concrete), create (pictorial), and then share (abstract) their ideas about the future, engaging multiple cognitive processes and enhancing retention.
1. Choose a topic about the future (like technology or environment). 2. Research 3 interesting facts related to your topic. 3. Write a 3-minute speech incorporating those facts. 4. Practice delivering your speech in front of a mirror or family. 5. Record your speech on a phone or camera. 6. Share your video and discuss what you learned about public speaking.
