1. Gather a yoga mat or a soft surface to sit on. 2. Start with deep breathing — inhale for 4 counts, exhale for 4. 3. Practice the 'Mountain Pose' by standing tall, arms at your sides. 4. Move into the 'Tree Pose' by balancing on one leg and placing the other foot on your calf or thigh. 5. Transition to 'Child’s Pose' by kneeling and stretching your arms forward. 6.
