1. Gather a balloon, flour, a funnel, and scissors. 2. Cut the neck off the balloon for easier filling. 3. Insert the funnel into the balloon’s opening. 4. Pour flour through the funnel until the balloon is filled to your desired firmness. 5. Carefully remove the funnel and tie the balloon securely. 6.
