1. Gather your toothbrush, toothpaste, and a mirror. 2. Squeeze a pea-sized amount of toothpaste onto your brush. 3. Start brushing in circular motions for 2 minutes, covering all areas of your mouth. 4. Spit and rinse your mouth with water, then check your smile in the mirror. 5. Discuss with your family why brushing is important and what happens if we don't. 6. Share fun dental facts you learn with family members!
