1. Gather 2 empty plastic bottles, scissors, soil, and seeds (like coriander). 2. Cut each bottle in half, creating a top and bottom. 3. In the bottom part, fill with soil up to 2 inches. 4. Plant 4-5 seeds in the soil and cover lightly. 5. Water gently and place the top part upside down over the bottom to create a mini greenhouse. 6. Place in sunlight and observe daily — what changes do you see?
