1. Gather 1 cup of uncooked rice and divide it into 5 small bowls. 2. Add a few drops of food coloring to each bowl (different colors). 3. Mix the rice until each bowl has a uniform color. Let it dry. 4. On a flat surface, use chalk or a pencil to outline your rangoli design. 5. Sprinkle the colored rice onto the design outline, filling it in carefully. 6. Share your rangoli with family and discuss your color choices!
