1. Gather a mirror and a timer. 2. Stand in front of the mirror and check your posture. 3. Set the timer for 1 minute and hold a good posture. 4. Have a family member do the same while you observe for corrections. 5. After the minute, discuss how it felt and what was easy or hard. 6. Repeat the challenge, aiming to improve the time and posture together.
