1. Gather 5 smooth stones and paintbrushes. 2. Choose bright colors and paint positive messages like 'You are awesome!' or 'Stay strong!'. 3. Let the stones dry completely. 4. Take a walk in your neighborhood and find spots to leave the rocks. 5. Encourage friends or family to take one and share their own kindness. 6. Discuss how it felt to spread kindness!
