      1. Inflate 5 balloons and tie them securely. 2. Spread them out in an open space. 3. Stand in front of a balloon and take a deep breath. 4. Exhale slowly and powerfully towards the balloon, aiming to pop it. 5. Celebrate each pop! Repeat with different balloons. 6. Reflect on how your breathing affected your focus and popping success.
