      Try it with your learner

      1. Inflate 5 balloons and tie them securely. 2. Write numbers 1-5 on each balloon with a marker. 3. Set a timer for 1 minute. 4. Take a deep breath in and slowly exhale; pop a balloon by sitting on it gently. 5. After each pop, take 3 deep breaths to regain focus. 6. Share which number popped first and how you felt after each balloon was popped.
