1. Inflate 5 balloons and tie them securely. 2. Find a safe space to spread them out. 3. Take a deep breath, then exhale gently while popping a balloon. 4. Focus on your breath — inhale deeply, then pop the next balloon. 5. Continue until all balloons are popped, maintaining mindful breathing. 6. Discuss how your focus shifted and how you felt during the activity.
