1. Draw a large circle on a cardboard piece to represent your pizza. 2. Divide the circle into 8 equal slices using a pencil. 3. Color each slice differently or add toppings using markers. 4. Share your pizza with family; each slice represents a fraction of 1/8. 5. Discuss how many slices you have and how they can be combined to make whole pizzas. 6. Create a new pizza with a different number of slices and repeat the sharing process.
