1. Gather 4 different colored papers or colored pens (red, blue, yellow, green). 2. Create a sequence: place one red, one blue, then one yellow. 3. Ask your child to continue the sequence with the same colors. 4. Challenge them to create a new pattern of 6 colors using at least 3 different colors. 5. Share the new pattern and see if others can guess the sequence. 6. Discuss how patterns can be like coding instructions!
