1. Sit comfortably on the floor or a chair with your back straight. 2. Set a timer for one minute. 3. Close your eyes or lower your gaze gently. 4. Inhale deeply through your nose, feeling your belly expand. 5. Exhale slowly through your mouth, noticing how your body relaxes. 6. After the timer goes off, share how you felt during the minute with someone.
