1. Gather 6 different colored fruits and vegetables (like red tomato, green spinach). 2. Draw a large circle on paper and divide it into 6 wedges. 3. Color each wedge with the corresponding food color. 4. Cut out pictures of each food and glue them in the correct wedges. 5. Discuss with family what nutrients each color provides. 6. Share your color wheel and plan a meal using as many colors as possible!
