1. Gather a blank paper, colors, and a compass or round object. 2. Draw a large circle on the paper. 3. Divide the circle into 6 sections for different emotions (happy, sad, angry, etc.). 4. Choose a color for each emotion and fill in the sections. 5. Share with your family how each color represents your feelings. 6. Display your wheel in a special spot — revisit it when you feel a certain way!
