Try it with your learner
1. Gather 5 items: a plastic bottle, rice, rubber bands, a tin can, and wooden sticks. 2. Fill the bottle halfway with rice to make a shaker. 3. Stretch rubber bands around the tin can to create a string instrument. 4. Use wooden sticks to tap out rhythms on the can. 5. Experiment with different sounds by changing the amount of rice or using different objects. 6. Perform a mini-concert and share your unique sounds with family!
