1. Gather a large sheet of paper, colors, and a ruler. 2. Divide the paper into 6 sections for different moods: happy, sad, angry, excited, scared, and calm. 3. Color each section differently and label them. 4. Each day, ask your child to color in the section that matches their mood. 5. Discuss why they feel that way and relate it to colors. 6. Review the week’s moods together — what patterns do you see?
