1. Find a timer or use a smartphone timer. 2. Sit comfortably and set the timer for 5 minutes. 3. Close your eyes and focus on your breath, inhaling for 4 seconds, holding for 4 seconds, exhaling for 4 seconds. 4. Listen for the timer and continue breathing until it rings. 5. Open your eyes when the timer goes off and notice how you feel. 6. Discuss with family how your focus changed during the challenge.
