1. Sit comfortably on the floor or a chair with your back straight. 2. Close your eyes and place one hand on your chest and the other on your belly. 3. Inhale deeply through your nose for 4 counts, feeling your belly rise. 4. Hold your breath for 4 counts. 5. Exhale slowly through your mouth for 4 counts, feeling your belly fall. 6. Repeat this for one minute, then open your eyes and share how you feel.
