1. Gather materials: plain paper, colored pens, and a compass (or round object). 2. Use the compass to draw a large circle in the center of the paper. 3. Create smaller concentric circles inside the large circle using the compass. 4. Choose colors that represent your current feelings and start decorating each section. 5. Take deep breaths as you color — focus on each stroke and your feelings. 6. Share your completed mandala with family and discuss the colors and feelings represented.
